Our Story

The Prencipe Antonia Olive Farm was founded in the early 1990s in the Calderoso area, a few kilometers from San Giovanni Rotondo, the city of San Pio. Immersed in the Gargano National Park, the farm covers a total area of nearly twenty hectares of historical olive groves. The unique blend of two varieties of olive cultivars, Coratina and Ogliarola, is typical of our trees and allows us to obtain an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil of exceptional properties.
The Prencipe Antonia Olive Farm is a family-run business which has developed over the years, with expert family techniques handed down from one generation to the next, combining know-how and innovation in the pursuit of high quality, whilst respecting the local environment.
The Farm owns two mills: the family’s historical one, where olives are pressed through an ancient granite millstone to create the Traditional Prencipe Oil, and the continuous cycle mill with an innovative two-phase system for the production of the Prencipe Trames Oil.
